Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ: FAQ

This is Bridget Jones | Designed to Regulate™

Q. What do you do, exactly?

A. I offer nervous system–informed mentorship, group containers, workshops, and writing for women navigating burnout, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My work helps women rebuild their lives and leadership from a regulated, embodied place.

Q. Is this therapy or medical treatment?

A. No. My work is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
It is mentorship rooted in nervous system awareness, embodiment, lived experience, and self-leadership. If you are currently working with a therapist, this work can be complementary.

Q. Who is this work for?

A. This work is for women who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally saturated

  • Navigating a transition in identity, work, or life

  • Done forcing change through willpower

  • Ready to slow down and work with their nervous systems

It is especially supportive for entrepreneurs, creatives, caregivers, and women in leadership.

Q. Who is this not for?

A. This work may not be the right fit if you are:

  • Looking for quick fixes or guarantees

  • Wanting constant access or crisis-level support

  • Expecting prescriptive advice or rigid frameworks

  • Unwilling to slow down or engage honestly with your body

This is not high-pressure, hustle-based healing.

Q. What is the Designed to Regulate™ framework?

A. Designed to Regulate™ is my signature approach to nervous system healing and self-leadership. It honors biology, emotional capacity, lived history, and identity—helping you build a life that actually supports how you are wired.

Q. What’s the difference between Letters, the Inner Circle, and 1:1 mentorship?

A.

  • Letters from Bridget:
A paid writing space offering reflective essays and insights. No access, no interaction required.

  • The Inner Circle:
A long-form, intimate group container focused on regulation, integration, and self-leadership.

  • 1:1 Mentorship:
Private, high-touch support for women navigating deep transitions who want personalized nervous system guidance.

Each option offers a different depth of access and support.

Q. Do I need experience with nervous system work to join?

A. No prior experience is required. You only need curiosity, willingness, and respect for your own pace.

Q. Is this work emotionally intense?

A. This work is intentionally paced to support regulation, not overwhelm. Participation is always invitational and consent-based. You are encouraged to engage at the level that feels supportive for you.

Q. Are sessions recorded?

A. Most group sessions are recorded unless otherwise stated. However, presence matters—this work is relational, not transactional.

Q. Are refunds available?

A. Because this work is relational and space is intentionally limited, all purchases are non-refundable. Please read carefully and trust your body’s timing before joining.

Q. Can I join if I’m in crisis?

A. These containers are not designed for crisis support. If you are experiencing acute distress or require immediate care, please seek appropriate professional support before joining.

Q. How do I know where to start?

A. If you’re unsure, beginning with Letters from Bridget is often the gentlest entry point. From there, you may feel called toward workshops, the Inner Circle, or private mentorship.

Q. How can I work with you or collaborate?

A. Please visit the Workshop page or see my Media Kit for media, speaking, or collaboration inquiries.

This work is guided with care, consent, and respect for each individual’s nervous system. You are always invited to choose what feels aligned for you.
