In Person Vs Virtual
In-Person Workshops
Held in intimate, grounded spaces designed to support regulation and presence. These experiences often include longer integration time and a slower pace.
Virtual Workshops
Live, interactive Zoom workshops that bring the same nervous system–first approach into your home. Replays are available unless otherwise noted.
